Damaged or Incorrect Items
At Gustavo Cosmetics, we promise to check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. But things do happen on occasion. If your order arrives damaged or is not correct, please let us know right away within 48 hours if possible of receiving your package. You can reach us via phone 703.908.9620 or contact us here to file your claim. We will be happy to correct the problem. If something has been damaged during shipping, you may need to return (at our expense) the damaged portion of your order, so that we can resolve the issue with our carrier. Please save all your packaging while we get things sorted out.

At Gustavo Cosmetics, we are committed to helping you achieve the beautiful skin you deserve. We strive to provide the highest quality, most effective professional skin care products on the market. If you find you may have experienced an incompatibility with any of our products, please call Gustavo Cosmetics at 703.908.9620 to explain the situation and receive instructions on our return methods. Brushes and cosmetics are non-returnable. Skin care products are eligible for return within 30 days. This policy applies to any Gustavo’s Natural Skin Care product purchased through www.gustavocosmetics.com.
To make this return as smooth as possible, please call our customer Care team at 703.908.9620 or contact us here to file a claim for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). This RMA# is required in order to process returns and issue you a credit or return product (whichever you choose). Returned merchandise received without an RMA# will not be automatically refunded.
Write the RMA# clearly on the outside of your return package. Please include this packing slip inside your return package. We also recommend that you keep a copy for your records. Please use the original packaging, if possible, and seal the package securely with tape. Gustavo Cosmetics is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.
Please allow 15 business days for Gustavo Cosmetics to receive and process your return. We will credit or refund the purchase price paid by you for the item(s) plus any tax paid on the item(s), less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already given to you in connection with such products. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, will not be refunded.

Domestic Shipping Policy
We use USPS and UPS for all shipping within the Continental U.S., its territories, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and military addresses. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery (usually less).
In some instances, we may be requested to ship signature required. If you are not available to receive your package, UPS will attempt delivery of your package for three consecutive business days. After this time period, the package will be returned to us. Any shipping fees incurred due to this situation, will be charged to you for our inconvenience.
PLEASE NOTE: UPS will not, under any circumstance, deliver to a Post Office Box. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
